Also most of the apartments do not have a reception so clients have to collect the keys from our agency.
If clients arrive out of office hours we leave a note on the front door asking clients to go to the Hotel Nero (just down the road from us) to collect the keys but they must contact us prior to their arrival to make the final payment.

All our clients have to pay a refundable
breakage deposit on our apartments, a one bedroom is 100 Euro and a two bedroom is 150 Euro.
CHILD POLICY
Corin did not set up a Child Policy, so the default site Child Policy is applied.
Babies (0 to 36 months) STAY FREE.
Children (36 months to 12 years) pay 100% of the adult price.
Teen (12 to 18 years) pay 100% of the adult price.
EXTRA BEDDING
Cot price: Free of charge.
Rollaway bed price: Free of charge.
Extra bed price: Free of charge.
If babies/teen/children sleep in parent's bed (that means they are not using a bed) they pay anyway.
Discounts for babies, children, teens, if applied, will be applied to maximum
2 babies/children/teens per apartment.
